Pichi Pichi




INGR:

2 cups cassava , grated

2 cups sugar

2 cups water

toppings: grated coconut


1. Mix ist 3 ingr. put on round baking dish that will fit the steamer.

2. steam for 45 mins, stirring occassionally.

3. cool and form into small balls.

4. top with grated coconut and flatten at the same time.
