Godenguh Gui ( Broiled Mackerel)


whole mackerel, head and tail removed
salt

1. Heat broiler

2. salt fish on both sides and let it stand for 5-10 minutes then rinse the salt off.

3. Pat dry using paper towel and place on greased foil.

4. broil until done ( about 3 minutes on each side)
