Ingr:
3 eggs
3/4 cups water
1/4 cup finely chopped carrots
1/4 cup finely chopped scallions
1 thinly sliced shitake mushroom
salt and pepper to taste
1. beat eggs then add water and continue beating.
2. add carrots, scallions, mushroom, salt and pepper
3. cover with plastic wrap
4. steam for about 15 minutes
